I had my van tote in for engine work without an appointment and they still had my van looked at and repaired within 3 days which is excellent considering the work that needed done. On top of being very efficient the pricing was very good as far as I'm concerned and from what other people have told me they said I got a good deal. “Another first time visit , as they just opened there for business . I bought used tires from another business , and took them to a tire shop on Massillon Road . I've been doing business with for many years . They told me to remove the front , tires and rims from my car . Then remove the tires from the rims .Then mount the tires that I had previously bought , balance them , and put them back on my car ,would cost me $83.00 !!!!! I said that I could have bought tires for that price ( which would include mounting and balancing ) . He just looked at me and smiled and said "yep " . Naturally I left there , never to return . I went to U Need A Tire , on the Akron ,Ohio side of Massillon Road , at Akron Airport circle . I told the man that I had tires that I needed put on my car , and asked how much . He said $20.00 for each Tire to be mounted and balanced. Saved over $20.00 by going to U Need A Tire !!!!!!! Try them next time you need New or Used quality tires .”

“Awesome place and service. Don't judge a book by the cover--it's not a fancy place but they have what you need, are super friendly both over the phone and in person and do great work. They have a super inventory and their product prices are fair and labor rate is fair. They installed a hitch and wiring for me and ran into an issue with my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Turns out that Hyundai has a huge trailer wiring problem for Palisades and for 2023 omitted an expected and necessary access point. Majestic Trailer to the rescue! They had in-stock a workaround part and although it was much more labor intensive to install took the time to install it and charged only the lower install fee for the planned part. Don't go anywhere else: they do what they say they're going to do, do it well and are very reasonable. Everyone there is friendly making it a great transaction.”
