“I don't understand these one star reviews! The lady that owns it, is literally the nicest human. I got an herbal wrap today, she was very professional. She made me feel comfortable which is not easy for me considering I'm over weight and shes going to be wrapping my entire body. The place is very relaxed and made me feel at peace, almost slept lol. Good conversation as well! I will definitely be back and will be recommending them! & I lost about 20 inches, also a plus 😊”

“Great place to tan & get a spray tan. It's a full service tanning salon with awesome employees. There is a massage chair that you can use if you have a membership. If you don't there is a small fee ($4) to use it & it's great. The beds combine red light therapy and UV light so you can have "a tan to feel good about". There are a variety of eclectic items to shop for in this little boutique salon. It's definitely worth the trip.”

Before you get the plaque removed from your teeth, you’ll notice the plaques on the wall detailing their awards for Akron Beacon Journal’s best! Everything is clean and employees are friendly/professional and informative. Savvy with text notifications so I never miss an appointment—and I do actually look forward to my appointments. “I’ve been coming to cost cutters for a couple of years , everyone is extremely nice! However I wanted to give a shout out to an employee for her attention to detail , teachable moment, kindness , going the extra mile , being respectful and classy as well! Tonight I went in for an eyebrow wax and hair trim! The stylist Ariel was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in! She let me know she would be available in 10 minutes. Once I was getting started she realized her coworker needed some guidance and was very very kind and classy! She was not rude or disrespectful, she used her time to teach a coworker how to do a couple of things! Not only did she step in and help her coworker she made sure the customer was happy! She did a great job with her verbiage and was very professional! Again stepped in very kindly gave pointers and made the experience into a teachable moment etc! She really went the extra mile! In a world where we have some many people rushing day to day and worrying about who’s in the chair etc she didn’t have this worry! She truly wanted to be a team player all around ! So thank you!! To her supervisor you are lucky to have her apart of your team!!! She is dedicated, kind , classy and professional! Thank you again!”

At my last appointment I walked in and Nikki said she had the perfect pair of glasses already picked out for me. Me being me, I began trying on many different frames, not trusting Nikki's expertise.
