  Have you ever been so impressed by a company that you are inclined to write a review 25 years after you worked with them? Well, I am doing that here. We had the pleasure of working with Sabrina and her team on our home in West Akron many years ago. The siding job is beautiful all these years later...we moved away from that house years ago but have family in the neighborhood. So we see it regularly. It still looks as good as the day it was done. We also had KDCO add blow-in insulation; made a huge difference. I definitely encourage people to work with KDCO.

  I had the best experience with this company as i called and they where to my home within and 5 hour window to assess my situation and answer my questions. I spoke with Sabrina who was knowledgeable and helpful and offered great advice and presented solutions. When looking for a company that can help you instead of making excuses they make it happen! Great Job would highly recommend!

  Great experience with this company! We had a wet spot in the ceiling and I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I feared someone would come out and not be able to figure it out either. It eventually got worse and I decided to call around. Sabrina came out and new right away what the problem was. Within a couple weeks, the repairs were scheduled and finished in one day. I was fearful it would need a new roof, but these guys were able to come out and repair it. It's a mess while they are working on the roof, but they did an excellent job cleaning up. It was like they were never there! Rich and the whole repair team was great. They even took a magnet around the house to pick up any nails that they didn't get. I would definitely recommend this company for next project!

  We just completed a second job with KDCO and have been impressed both times.
  
  Last year Sabrina and her crew put on a roof and subcontracted an excellent mason to rebuild our chimney.
  
  This year we had them put on new gutters and new soffits.
  
  All work was done quickly and at a fair price. Thanks to KDCO we know the "bones" of our home will be set for many years!
