(January 4, 2019, 3:21 pm)Carmen and his crew are phenomenal! Had an issue with the radiator fans and intermittent rough running pickup. I went to another shop two different times, and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong. The guys at A-1 Auto diagnosed problem and explained it to me within 90 minutes. I dealt with the issue for over 2 weeks, and now it runs better than ever! I will never go to anyone else for automotive service!
(October 10, 2018, 4:20 pm)I've taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. It's not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that I've seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you don't have to make an appointment to be seen it's better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you don't have an appointment. So far I haven't seen any evidence of the bad reviews they've received. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for keeping me safely on the road.
(October 22, 2015, 6:00 pm)Great prompt service. Always seem to squeeze you in for an appointment convenient for you. Over 7yrs going to this shop they will do great work, stay true to warranties either by manufacturer or their guarantee.
I couldnt see why someone would give these guys a bad rating, not rude, professional, act as you would expect a local auto shop operates with reasonable rates.
