The quality of your preparations and service never falters whether picked up or delivered. I have Celiac Disease, and although your website has a clear warning for those of us with CD, I have never had a problem with cross-contamination or inaccuracies with my orders. The staff is led by a fantastic management team and it shows in the customer service received. Please keep up the great work!”

“They have really good pizza if you like sauce on the sweeter side. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because occasionally we get salads and for some reason they can't seem to put items we asked for on them almost every time. The always make it right when we call them but it's frustrating when you get home, open the bag and they're wrong. Other than that it's a great place with really good pizza”

“We just witnessed a 4 crew team kill it during a lunch rush. Everyone was calm, curious and very perfessional. Not only did they get through the rush but then all 4 of them, manager included, started cleaning up their areas. I was so impressed. It showed me good manager skills by Courtney that lead her team of 3. It is rare to find good employees these days but this location definitely has them. “Stow Friday's. The food was good; ribs, shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. We politely asked for bread. Friday's doesn't offer bread and butter, so we requested crackers and butter. Han**, our server, told us that Friday's didn't have crackers and butter. We really didn't believe it but decided it wasnt worth pursuing with her. When our food was delivered, by a different individual, we inquired about crackers and butter. She said no problem. Please advise your servers that they should check first before telling customers an item isn't available. As another example we asked about other veggie options. Other than a salad, we were advised that there were none. Fried green beans were on the menu (they are listed here on the survey). When ordering certain food items such as ribs and wings it is customary to provide wet wipes. We had to request them. When servers are conscientious we tip Well over 20%. When they aren't, we tip slightly under 20%. We all pay a price for marginal service. Friday's is worth visiting again. We enjoy the food and yes, one ondividual can make a difference. On a high note we choose to believe that the behavior of our server was an aberration. To her credit, she was perky...”

“This place did not show up on the Taco Bell app, so I had to go inside to order. They appeared to be understaffed because I had to wait for the driver CSR to come to the counter to help me. Once he got there he was very helpful and patient with fielding my questions. Taking away a point because I had to spend more when I couldn’t utilize the specials on the application. The food was hot, fresh and fair for Taco Bell.”
