“My wife just had major shoulder surgery. We purchased the Active Ice 3.0 System with the shoulder pad. My wife ordered it from Amazon. We tested the system on the weekend before the surgery. To our chagrin, there was a pin hole leak on the shoulder pad. I called first thing the morning of my wife's surgery. I can't remember who I got, but she was amazing. I offered to pay for the fastest shipping so we could get the replacement. She said no. We had the replacement the next day before noon. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service.
