“At first I had a problem with this company but then much to my surprise and delight the customer service agent worked with me until the issue was resolved. The lady went above and beyond to get the problem resolved the same day and I had called late in the afternoon!! The lady was NICE, understanding, and respectful. She called my boyfriend's pharmacy and found out that the reason his medication wasn't able to be filled was because they hadn't received a new prescription when they told us they had and blamed this company! Thank goodness for the outstanding customer service or my boyfriend who's fighting cancer would have been in a very bad way. THANK YOU Envision RX!!
