“I have a two year old Golden Irish who began to show signs of illness mid-pandemic. We did a phone consult and ultimately I took her in to the practice. Literally the entire staff couldn't have been kinder or more supportive. Our dog had to be kept over a weekend and their on call vet tech was so attentive to keeping me informed of Riley's status all weekend long. Ultimately she's been diagnosed with a lung fungal infection and is on long term pharmaceutical treatment and throughout this process, Dr. Rachel, every vet tech, receptionist, every person associated with this business has been compassionate and supportive and professional and caring. I made a change 18 months ago from a different vet clinic and am thankful every day that I made this change.”
