“We bought our first boat at Sandy Beach Marina. It was a busy holiday weekend and they were able to get everything done for us very quickly. We've ate at their restaurant and bar several times now and the food is good and fairly priced. The outdoor area has a nice view of the marina and lake. I've read the negative reviews on here and have to assume that those people just can't be made happy by anyone. I'm happy we decided to buy a boat here and dock it at their marina and would recommend Sandy Beach to anyone else.”

“Update July 28 2022: Had a shingle torn off shed by wind. Left message for Dustin at 8 pm. He got back with me within an hour and was out later that week to replace the shingle. He also left me some extra shingles. This is the second time Dustin has done wind repairs since installation. He is prompt, professional and punctual. The previous roofer I used was none of these. Highly recommend. Original post: Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. Dustin responded and repaired all affected shingles at no cost, saving us from an insurance claim. Great customer service and customer care.”

“I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived close to here for almost 6 years. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since it's so close, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go here instead of Walmart for basic items. The store is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. The management team has been nothing short of amazing and I could not recommend this location enough!”

“Two weeks ago I had bought a few packs of the blueberry muffins which turned out to be stale and moldy, I wrote a review expressing my experience and as soon as I posted it, I received an email from the company within 30 minutes of my post explaining that the muffins are baked fresh and then frozen to retain the freshness. Turns out the supermarket had them on their shelf for too long and I just happened to buy them just before they got bad. The company actually reimbursed me for the loss and I must say that their customer service is great, I'm impressed, good job. Natalie”

“This is my stop every night after work. They have the coldest beer in the portage lakes area. Not joking, try it! Night manager is really friendly. He always has my cigarettes ready for me when I walk in and is always there cleaning or stocking something. Even if the Circle K had gas, I’d still keep going to LoBoy. The personal service just can’t be had anywhere else.”

“By far the best pizza place/overall venue I've been to in Summit county. The Margarita pizza is phenomenal, the Brew Wall is a lot of fun for a beer head like me. There's a great beer selection and the wristband to use them is a cool concept. It can get a bit pricey, so just be prepared. The staff was really friendly, although seemed like they must have been new as they were fully confident in their work it seemed. I like how on their menu, they state the prices are made to pay the workers a fair wage, so tipping is not necessary.”
