“If you want a quick and less expensive fix to a troubled parking lot they are the ones to call. We were happy for the most part on our purchase of repairs to our parking lot. My only worry was they did not let Management know when they were done so we could make sure nothing was forgotten and everything we were asking for was finished. Unfortunately some striping of our spaces was omitted and that would have been easily avoided if we had been given the chance to walk the property before they removed all their machinery. Being that is my only complaint I hope next time they would see the value in closing the project by letting the Manager know they are done and to inspect just before leaving. I am left with a bit less than I was purchasing but I would still recommend Larsco, just make sure everything is done before they leave the property. Very hard to get them to come back.”

I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional they both were. They went above and beyond in helping my family to start cooking with gas (har har). Seriously, they were very nice, worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything we needed to know. The cost was very reasonable too. We've used Big Tom's before, and will continue to do so.
