“The only reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five they fail to turn on the open sign. I almost drove by until I decide to call to see if they were open and they were. As far as the customer service go from what others have stated my customer service experience was great we had a small little issue that resolved it with no problem and the food was okay I do like the famous thin edge to edge pepperoni that is always one of my favorites now granted I have had better service at other donatos but theirs was just fine.”

“Very friendly staff, accommodating, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did an absolutely amazing job given the volume of patients that all walked in at once. Given the sudden influx of 10 or so people walking in at once it was about an hour wait to see the doctor, but after being taken to a room was seen in a matter of minutes. The nurse and doctor's bedside manner was well worth the wait however!! The receptionist was very empathetic about the wait and was doing everything they could to accommodate patients in whatever way they could. May be the only urgent care I visit from now on!”
