I saw one of their female doctors and appreciated her bedside manner as well as her willingness to help get me better. They gave me an accurate wait time and the doctor was able to prescribe me medication for pick up same day.
(October 14, 2022, 3:06 pm)Absolutely amazing medical care! I always receive clear, concise information about the diagnosis, medication and care. The nurse practitioner & staff are always very thoughtful and caring. This time I received care for an unexpected shingles outbreak (after vaccination) and was told to come immediately in and get it taken care of any time this happens. This was extremely reassuring when my own GP takes 3 months to get an appointment.
(September 4, 2022, 9:07 pm)Very friendly staff, accommodating, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did an absolutely amazing job given the volume of patients that all walked in at once. Given the sudden influx of 10 or so people walking in at once it was about an hour wait to see the doctor, but after being taken to a room was seen in a matter of minutes. The nurse and doctor's bedside manner was well worth the wait however!! The receptionist was very empathetic about the wait and was doing everything they could to accommodate patients in whatever way they could. May be the only urgent care I visit from now on!
(May 18, 2022, 8:37 am)I literally LOVE the doctor at this Urgent Care! I have had to bring 3 kids here in the past 3 weeks and we have had the same doctor (Elizabeth Matre) for all visits. She is absolutely amazing!!! My kids loved her and she is so personable. Wish she could be our full time doctor! One of the best we have ever seen!
(April 30, 2022, 10:18 am)You guys run a top-notch facility. Morgan and Candice was absolutely outstanding in my care. I honestly have to say in all my times using facilities like this one this was by far the best experience I've ever had. My wife and I we were extremely impressed with everything from the staff to the cleanliness and professionalism. So if you have to feel bad you best go to this place because they will do you right.
