I began Dr. Gretchen Dyers metabolic reset in June 2020 after seeing some family members have success with the program. This program has amazing fresh food that my whole family enjoyed. I am a type 2 diabetic and my goal was to gain better health. As I went through this journey Dr. Dyer closely monitored my blood sugars with me and I was able to lower one medication from 10 mg to 2.5 mg. My blood sugars regularly decreased to a normal range. I have struggled with this for years. The metabolic reset gave me so much support with weekly visits and a support group on Facebook where we share food ideas, inspiration for each other and positive support. Dr. Dyer not only helped me transform physically but mentally with how to change my thinking and develop positive affirmations. I have been able to maintain loosing weight and lose many inches during a time in my life where I would have emotionally ate. I am forever grateful for this life changing program. I am excited to have the tools to continue this journey. To date I have lost 26.6 lbs and 23.75 inches.

I would recommend Just Wellness to anyone. I was in such neck/shoulder pain when I went into the office that I did not know if I would ever be the same. From the appointments with Gretchen in the office and the rehab exercises to do at home, I was back out on the golf course within a couple of weeks and have been jogging with my daughter. Gretchen Dyer is the BEST chiropractor/doctor/person I’ve ever encountered. I came to her 5 yrs ago in my late fifties with debilitating pain from scoliosis. SHE CHANGED MY LIFE!! When I first went to Dr. Gretchen, I could not lift my arms from my sides above parallel to the ground. After two shorts months, I am now able to touch my hands together over my head once again. I have not had this range of motion for the last three years. Dr. Gretchen and Debbie are both a pleasure to work with.
