Bill was especially helpful with the sale of our old house. He kept us from overspending on home improvements before we put it on the market, zeroing in on only the necessary items. He demonstrated significant insight into how buyers might react to our house. When we went under contract, there was give and take between the buyer and us, and Bill was the steadying influence that helped bring the sale to a satisfactory close.
