The man working in the roofing aisle was very helpful and led us (read: didn’t just point and say “Over there!” Which has been the norm at HD.) to the items we were looking for! In fact… we later needed help finding a specific type of ladder. Again, he was very helpful. Only bad thing, he only smiled maybe once. “We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Staley Transformations. Overall, truly a great experience. Anyone who has lived through a kitchen remodel knows that it is challenging and stressful not to have a kitchen...knows that a great contractor can make all the difference. The two gentlemen, Mark and Mark, were our "guys." They did 90% of the work themselves and that alone was comforting as we built our trust with them. They were open to ideas, listened to my concerns, and included me in decisions as they came forward to ensure I had everything I wanted where I wanted it. They did great work! They showed up on time and they completed a full days work every day. I have high standards for work ethic and the met or exceeded all of them. JD Staley was easy to work with, and followed through with every commitment. The budgets for granite and other items were on track with the quality of what I wanted to get in my house. Therefore, we were right on budget! There were only a couple obstacles to be solved and they were the only unforeseen costs. He was also easy to work with change orders as we decided to add a few things in (installing speaker cable and speakers, things that were above/beyond the kitchen.) I would be happy to speak with anyone considering Staley Transformations. I will use them again when we decide to remodel our bathroom.”

Mattresses are far superior to cheaply made chain store products. My 15 year old mattress is just as comfortable as my 2 year old mattress. The fellows that delivered the bed were good, healthy-looking people that I suspect were paid better than most delivery people. “We were referred to J&N by Ferguson showroom to find a double sink vanity for our second bathroom remodel. Our contractor had a cancellation and bumped up our date, so time was of the essence to secure the vanity and all other materials. John was able to find a vanity suitable to our needs and preferences. He then went above and beyond, personally working with Ferguson to secure, a tub, sinks, shower and sink fixtures, towel bar and TP holder, expertly matching all materials. An appointment with a countertop supplier was also coordinated. It would be difficult to calculate how much time he saved us. Everything flowed smoothly and in time (a couple weeks) for our contractor. I would highly recommend J&N for any remodeling project.”
