“Great park and lots of open grass area to have a family outing! Good place for a picnic or just to take the kids to play on the playground equipment! They also use the park to host some events from time to time so it's a great place to gather and enjoy some of the simpler things in life! Amd for those of us who can remember back when the old elementary school was there it could be a great place to reflect on days gone by! Class of 2003!”

“A place we used to take our kids to go play. There are also fields to let them run amok. There is a ball field and basketball courts on-site as well. Playground was updated a few years back, but the bathrooms need a refresh. I love the kinda random bridge here too. Lots of good memories of the kids running back and forth over it.”

“We stayed here once and already have a second stay booked! I loved everything about my stay, even the visitor (racoon) we had in the middle of the night. Even though he ripped a borrowed tent. What kind of an outdoor experience would it be if we didn't experience wildlife at its finest? We had a site, way out back. All to ourselves. My husband, 2 kids (9 & 11), and I. It was so peaceful, I really needed that. We rented a golf cart for the 3 day Memorial Weekend stay. Their firework show was phenomenal! Hands down one of THE best that I've ever been to. The owners were nice and helpful. Their older children had activities going for the kids. My kids loved it. Although we took their bicycles, the only wanted us to take them in the golf cart everywhere. Lol. It was there first time. Definitely recommend! Already trying to convince my husband into becoming seasonal campers 😀”

“Love this trail! We biked the full 66 miles from Liberty Center to Montpelier. ~25 miles are paved, the rest is gravel (rocks, grass, mud) so a mountain or gravel bike is a must if you want to do the whole thing. Love the scenery and change of terrain. The stretch from Wauseon to Montpelier was a bit of a challenge! 💪”

“This place is gorgeous 😍. The little lake at the beginning of the campground is lovely. There is a decent playground and a pool. The campsites are well maintained and well spaced. We stayed in one of their adorable cabins and don't regret it. Each campsite has its own picnic bench and a campfire ring. Our cabins bedroom window opened to the lake 😍 They are pet friendly but be sure to read the rules. The staff was very accommodating and nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and provided great directions. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.”
