Had a awesome experience buying my Certified Lincoln Continental from Koons Silver Sping ... Daniel my sales manager was very helpful getting the car ready for me to come take a look at and take out for a spin . After a few questions he had all the answers for , I was set on getting it .... Came in pre approved but they were able to do alot better thru there financing department which was surprisingly also a plesent experience . He was very helpful getting me where I wanted to be with the added warranties that were important to me .... There touch screen table was a great tool to visually show me what was going on ....
Was a very clean and well set up showroom and all the staff I dealt with that day and since , have been top notch ..... I have a local Lincoln dealer close by , but will be making the drive down to Silver Spring when it's service time just due to how well my service experience was , Thanks!
