“We went to Furniture Palace at the Northwood location searching for a Breakfast Nook and a large over hanging lamp. We searched several other locations from Sandusky to Oregon. We knew from all the other sales reps that most products will be delayed due to the pandemic. We met a young man by the name of Nate at the Northwood Furniture Palace. He met our needs and confirmed they too will have delays. Nate contacted us on a weekly basis to let us know the status. Even if he knew he might get an ear full , but he stayed true to his job and for a person like myself in a management position appreciated the common courtesy.
