“This review is being written by Alicia's husband.Fantastic service. Sarah is by far one of the nicest people you can deal with. My wife's sister unfortunately delivered a premature still born baby and my wife and I i live in Chicago and their mom was visiting us in Chicago during the delivery of the baby. Yes very bad timing. Well needless to say my sister-in law my wife and my mother-in-law were so devastated cause they couldn't be by her side and making the arrangements become a difficult and stressful time for them. I made a phone call and Sarah answered the phone I explained the situation to her and she immediately took over and handled everything for us.What was even more amazing is she offered all the services at no charge. The only thing we had to pay for was the urn and she even offered to get us a copy of the death certificate at cost so we didn't have to file with the county. No up charge. Total cost for urn and certificate was only 115 dollars. At a very difficult time she was an amazing caring person who took away all the stress during a time of need and did this all over the phone. If I lived in Dayton Ohio i would definitely use their service when it was my time. I highly recommend Schlientz-Moore. Thank you again Sarah God Speed”

“We first used maeder-quint when I was 9 years old to bury my father in 1998. It was within a couple days of Christmas and I remember them being so polite and fast so we didn't miss our Christmas. I am most recently using them to creamate close family. We are currently working together to fulfill the wishes of our lost loved ones and I just want to say they have been wonderful. Tom is super helpful and reassuring it really amazes me. I would recommend using maeder-quint very highly. They are very professional yet loving at the same time. The prices for their services have been decent. They are not cheap and not overpriced either. but you are definitely getting your money's worth and some more with their services. They become family. Highly recommended! ”

Warren immediately made a few phone calls and was back to me within 1hr to give me options even if he wasn't sure if a service would be held at Preston Charles. “Recently held my Mom's funeral at Babbit Funeral Home, and held my Dad's there in 2017. I actually pre-planned and pre-paid my Mom's. Everyone we worked with was so professional and compassionate. They took care of every detail for us.. They took very good care of my Mom, and she looked beautiful. Her casket and floral arrangement were lovely. The facility is cozy and beautiful with lots of room and a nice little Cafe area with coffee and water. We were able to bring pastries in 2017, but not for my Mom's due to COVID. We brought photos that they scanned so we could have a video playing during the evening. We were also able to bring framed photos and albums. The staff was very supportive throughout and also afterward. Very happy with our choice.”
