Dr. Ratcliff has been there all along, and Danielle Little, FNP has earned my trust time and again. I hear they're moving to Germantown soon, and while that's a little bit farther from my home, I don't care. If they were moving to Cincinnati or Columbus, I'd still be seeing them, because they listen, they care, and they get it right. People in the Dayton metro would be wise to take a short trip through the country to see these folks instead of waiting forever in the BMV-like line and atmosphere you get a lot of other places.”

Thank You goes out to Dr Hanson, the Nurses and staff for the great care. As a side note, thanks to the ladies in the cafeteria for serving me lunch even though I was there slightly after close. The food was tasty.”

“My experience here has always been good/ bad/ alright. My kids have been going here for the past 8.5 years. My experience with the staff has been 8/10. I've only experienced 3-4 rude staff members in my 8.5 years. So not too bad.!! Mainly with the dental secretary. I've always had a good experience with the medical secretaries and staff and with the dental specialists themselves, but the staff that you check in with for dental hasn't been very pleasant. Other than that, it's a great place. Just wish that it wasn't so hard to schedule an appointment for dental, maybe a waiting list would be helpful for scheduling and more online access for scheduling appointments and leaving messages instead of long call hold times.”

Jen is wonderful with my little girl. I works highly recommend this place. The only con, once you schedule your apt, its pretty much set in stone from there on out so make sure it's a day and time you can make consistently. I didn't know this and that's why we had to switch therapist. Overall, great place.”

It's a shame that there is no more insurance those have been used. My problems are very complex So if they were able to help I think everyone Can't be helped. So I highly recommend them. I think if I had a chance I could I would go back and Be able to make it. But that's my problem and my fault. There is Only so many chances you get To help yourself I used mine don't make the same mistake Start here and now this place will help.
