“Well they are nice apartments. They fix anything that needs fixed. Just need to get the tenents that has kids to pick up thier trash and stuff that they bring outside to play up. I think there should be something we have to sign saying if we don't pick up stuff our kids or people that we have at our apartments, we should have to pay a fee of a certain amount, that way there wouldn't be all this trash or toys laying all over the grounds of these apartments. I know there is something in the lease were we can get wrote up then kicked out, but nothing is being done about this issue. Other than this issue, the Apartments are Great other than that.”

“This place was a kind lifesaver for my boys & I in September 2022. I stayed with my toddler boy for 2 weeks +5 days as needed. & was able to visit with my teenage son here as well. The new management family & the boss were kind, family oriented, & hardworking to improve this place & service. We stayed in 2 of the older rooms & they were quality & clean in all ways that really matter: beds, facilities, air coolers, tvs, refrigerators, floors, doors, windows, parking. No bed bugs! No carpet, had nice tile floors, so less allergies & germs. The daily & weekly prices were affordable & fair. The laundry room machines were low cost & functioned well. I would improve the rooms with newer bleached white towels & shower curtains, & machine washable rugs. I would also allow the weekly renters to air out their rooms more with some open screen window time. They may have made these improvements by now as they were renovating this place. The location is excellent; sweet country air, quiet, but so close walking to major stores, restaurants, etc. Much thanks again to you all working here! (So sorry about my late post. “I work for a design firm for hotels, and have seen quite a few upscale and not so upscale. This hotel is actually good for a budget hotel. Usually budget hotels are "a bed to sleep in" and that's the only quality they have, because they're a budget hotel. This one keeps up its appearances and maintenance better, putting it in what I would call upper budget quality. Externally, the place has rough edges. Internally though, it's a completely different story. Not a single speck of mold or mildew in my room that I could find. I couldn't find any signs of bedbugs either. Things were overall quite clean. It's still a budget hotel. Still a place to sleep. But at least it gets the job done comfortably.”

“My Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful. I got to visit my boyfriend's town for the first time, and it was great. One reason this was so, is because he chose Cee Ray Motel for us to stay. The room was very clean. The colors and the artwork seemed updated which was nice. Such a cozy and romantic space. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We felt secure leaving our belongings there while we visited with his family and went sightseeing. The employees were very nice and attentive. They even had a corkscrew in the office for us to use because we forgot to bring one. It is also conveniently located across from a pharmacy and a grocery store as well. The next time I visit Cleveland I most definitely will be staying at the Cee Ray. 🌠”

“The rooms were clean and updated. The young lady in housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Nate and Cindy at the front desk were awesome! They were very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but another female desk clerk was not friendly, she couldn't or didn't want to take the time to answer basic questions about room rates and checkout time, and told us the wrong breakfast time. Other than that, our stay went well, and we will stay again.”

“This motel is the only motel my husband and I come to when we come to Ohio from Kentucky. Sure their rooms might need a little work, but they have everything you need for a night or 2 stays and it is hidden away behind a bunch of businesses, so, very quiet, and I have never had a bad experience here. The guys who run are pleasant and will try and get you anything you need. A major plus+++ for not having a single bug. Anywhere anytime I have stayed here. In my opinion its the best place to stay if your on a limited budget.”

“I liked it. They don't require full payment at the time of the reservation, but you can. You check in, get your gate code, find your spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little bumpy for my sedan on the way to my site. Electric and water hookup worked well. Bathroom and showers were fine. There's plenty of space for dog walks and kids to run around. I'll likely camp here again in the future.”

“The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The keurig options in the lobby were really nice to have (I preferred flavored coffee) as opposed to just plain black coffee. We were there at the height of mayfly season, so we really enjoyed the informational flyer they had out about the mayflies! Lean into it, we like it. :) We had one of the jacuzzi rooms, which was wonderful after a long day on a motorcycle. The bed was VERY comfortable. Especially for the price, this is a solid hotel to stay at. Conveniently located near multiple restaurants and right by the lake.”

It's a roof with walls and climate control, you can clean yourself, it's actually pretty private, and the staff I have interacted with are nice, friendly, and helpful. I've had no issue or complaints. So I mean if you look for smoke your gonna find fire.
