“I can't say enough good things about Campbell Plumbing. I had a decent steady flow of water leaking on a shut off valve on a Friday. I called Campbell's 3 pm Fri and they came out, tightened a bolt on the valve, sprayed the bolt and said they can come back and replace the valve another time. Pat prepped my outdoor spigots for winter. A little background: another plumbing co apparently sent a novice who didn't know to tighten the bolt. He left the leak he started, and was not coming back until Wednesday of next week to repair the valve. They were charging 350. Campbell wants to replace the valve for far less and just made sure the leak was fixed for me today. Campbell did not charge me for tightening the bolt but they hope to gain my business. Campbell has gained a customer for life. I will refer everyone I can to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.”

“Review of CK Mechanical My wife and I have been wanting to put a gas furnace and update the air conditioning in our house. Our three-season room is so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, due to not having supplies in that room. Also, our basement was not heated, we only have electric base board heat in our house. When we bought the house, it came with a warranty. So, when the AC was not working properly the insurance company, sent CK Mechanical to our home. Kevin O’Rork came out and found we had a leak in the coil and the condenser. Kevin gave us some options to think about because the unit was installed in 1998. We went out for bids and for what we wanted done CK Mechanical was our choice. Kevin was one of the reasons we picked them, he was very good at explaining our options. Chuck Westenbarger In the office was very helpful in securing the financing for this project. Then the install! Jordan Diekman is a true craftsman and leader. I thought for sure the way our house is laid out the ductwork would have looked like an octopus. He led the crew of Kevin, Grant and Steven very efficiently. The team was very respectful to my wife and I. They cleaned up at the end of the day and left the basement very neat. At the end of the install Kevin and Jordan went through the details of running the new system. “I have to say that you possibly saved my family's life. That's not hyperbole. I scheduled an appointment to get a furnace check before the heating season got into high gear. It's a good thing I did! Upon inspecting my aunt's furnace it was discovered to have a large crack in the heat chamber. They shut it down immediately and set her up with electric heaters until they could get a new unit installed. That took about 3 days (including a weekend!). I ran into a issue with my drain lines at the beginning of the year causing any use of water to back up into my bathtub making me unable to use any water in the house other than drinking water.
