“Broke down with my kids and mom today in Upper Arlington and we are from our of town. We were heading home from the Columbus zoo back to Indiana. I called 911 when my car completely failed and didn't even have emergency lights. I was terrified of being rear ended with my kids in the car. Once they got the call they were there quickly.
