RDU Auto in Raleigh North Carolina had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted them and explained that I would be traveling from Florida. They quickly inform me, that would not be a problem. This dealership is a dealership of their word. (and that's saying something for a car dealership) I was able to drive a car rental to Raleigh North Carolina. When I arrived, I was exhausted and did not want a long drawn-out process. They informed me they would get me out in one hour. I arrived there when they opened at 9:00 a.m. and I couldn't believe they handed over the keys at 9:58 a.m. In the time that I spent at the dealership, I was able to test drive, ask questions regarding the vehicle's history and filled out the paperwork. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced. I only chose this location because of the awful car market in the state of Florida. I earnestly recommend this car dealership for their superior customer service, their willingness to answer all my questions, speediness of the transition and that they are dealership of their word.”
