Hate to ask any of the employees for help, because I swear they are all in a severe state of depression even the greeters. I worked in retail management nearly all my life (now retired) and I would never allow things like this to happen in my stores. Management needs to get their employees upbeat and motivated!!! Time for a new manager. I only shop at this store because they almost always have a great selection of products and at a reasonable price.”

She got me in and out, including the purchase of a miniature fridge which was loaded into my vehicle might I add, very quickly and efficiently. Her training and years of experience are noticed and I prefer the human to human interaction and experience of shopping in store for this specific reason. If you frequent a certain store you usually become very friendly with certain associates so I would go out of my way to shop in a store that I know has one of my favorite associates, versus online shopping or another option.”
