“The enrollment process could be better, but the administrator of the enrollment process Mr. Kim is very reasonable man who went above and beyond to help me out with a difficult situation. The woman who work in the enrollment center are really friendly and do their best to help you. I imagine enrollment can be frustrating for many people since so much is required, and attention to detail is paramount, but they do their best to be patient and understanding. Hopefully they invest in an online enrollment process.”
