I just completed training with this studio and believe me when I say it would be one of the best choices you make with Yoga Life! I chose to make the drive to Norman (while living on the border of north OKC & Edmond) and it was worth it. This is "real yoga" for REAL PEOPLE! All levels are welcome, you don't have to practice a certain religion to attend or be the ideal "yogi". It isn't intimidating and very affordable. If you are looking to start a yoga practice inside Norman city limits or otherwise. This Oklahoma studio is phenomenal.

Yoga Life is by far the best studio, not only to practice in but for Teacher Training. I completed my 200 hour teacher training over seven years ago and because of the holistic training from Becca at YogaLife, I have been working as a yoga teacher ever since. I have worked at some of the best studios in the city and at gyms and privately. I am able to meet the needs of every class because I was taught a strong foundation in fundamentals and a deeper understanding of how every pose effects the body.
Becca is fun and funny, she infuses wit and joy into her practice and her teaching. She is flexible in her dates and willing to work with students who have full lives. She works very hard to make it easy for students to complete training in a timely manner.
The community of YogaLife teacher training friends is strong and we all work together to fill job postings and to help sub for each other. Even if we've never met we still support each other. I made lifelong friends during my teacher training and I will forever be grateful for my time there.

I recently completed my 200hr teacher training at YogaLife and have nothing but positive things to say. It was a great experience. Becca and Holly are both so down to earth and approachable. Very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Great studio!
