“My wife and I wanted to buy a second home in Florida. We would not have been able to do it without Cheryl and her team. First, because of the size we didn’t know how to structure it. Cheryl gave us a plan. Secondly, the deal required two different type of loans. The much larger of the two and the one First United provided went flawlessly. However, the other institution really struggled. Cheryl took the time to call the other bank and help them through it. Our buyer was trying to back out and definitely would have if Cheryl hadn’t jumped through some hoops to help out. Finally, because of the high demand in the market we hadn’t even seen the house in person. While vacationing Cheryl took time out of her trip to drive to our home and take pictures for us. The service she provided was incredible. We will be forever grateful.”
