There are times recently when phone coverage seems spotty; I think they probably lost someone on the admin staff and are shorthanded in that area. Wait times at appointments don't seem to be affected, though, and are never very long. His manner is professional and -- with me, at least -- not unnecessarily flowery, which is exactly what I want in a medical professional. I think his pricing may be on the upper end of the spectrum, but my insurance insulates me from that and, as with anything in the American healthcare sector, it's hard to say for sure. I've always been satisfied with the quality of care and my interactions with him and his staff, and I'd quickly recommend him to a friend or anonymous internet passerby.”

I called a bunch of places & every place I called wanted me to wait weeks until they could see me & even longer to get my wisdom teeth taken out. When I called immediate smiles they were able to see me & remove my teeth that same week!!!! The whole wisdom teeth removal process was incredibly smooth. Dr Brooks was very transparent with me on how the procedure was going to play out & the risk of the procedure. His staff was also very transparent with me on my bill & everything I was getting charged for. I don’t remember a thing from my surgery & afterwards I had very little to no pain.
