“I'm not sure about Mr. Solomon or what he has to say about the Norman Regional Oncology group or Dr. Pierson specifically but I would like to give my thoughts and feelings on my experience at this facility. First just so its clear I owe my abilities to sit here, breathe, and write this review to this oncology group. I can call this office during office hours and always hear a nice phone greeting or call after hours and someone is always eager to help me and they will not get off the phone until they have done just that HELPED ME. Dr. Pierson and her right hand RN Laura have to do extra things for me because my primary care is done at the University of Arkansas Medical Science Center in Little Rock. This means she not only has to care for me during my monthly visits which have been going on for about 3 years she has to communicate with other doctors about her findings and also their findings and test results and discuss the best treatment path for me. Dr. Pierson and Laura have had many hurdles to overcome during this process because of communication and posting of test results and other things but they have never thrown up their hands and quit they just keep trying until things get done. Why do they do this you ask, I wasn't their friend when this started they didn't know me. I will tell you why, they are compassionate about their work and they do care for me and my well being. I can call Laura about anything to do with my condition and she doesn't have to run to Dr. Pierce or say HOLD ON while she reads my file because she knows me and she knows my case and can tell me what I need to do. My Family Physician can't even do that. So Mr. Solomon I ask you to rethink your initial review and ask what went wrong and encourage you to speak with Dr. Pierson and Laura about your initial thoughts. I ask this because the two people I know would certainly talk about and get any issues you had or thought you had resolved in a quick and timely manner. Since this is a public posting I want to say thank you to all the folks at the Norman Regional Oncology Group from the front desk, the Infusion Nurses, to the ladies that schedule my next appointment, Thank You. My family and I especially want to thank Dr. Pierson and Laura for being compassionate about your work, your communication and making me feel the best I can under the circumstances. Bruce Conway”

“Dr. Woods saved my life and I am totally grateful!! My husband found Dr. Woods and he saw her first and he loved her. I got myself and my two children transferred over to her after his great Experience. She is excellent with kids. Office is very clean staff is friendly and I feel safe going to her facility. She is very thorough in her practice she listens to you and she helps you get better. She is awesome with referrals to specialist. This doctor knows what she is doing I totally trust her with my family and our care she is our primary care physician from now on we will not be looking for any other doctor as long as Dr Woods keep staying in practice. “I cannot love the team and care I’ve received here enough! I’m so glad I chose Dr. Carter to deliver my baby and I will continue to see her for my care as long as I’m living in the area. I never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes at most for my appointment, and any concerns or worries I had were always taken seriously and addressed as needed. I loved how Dr. Carter, even though she was probably always a very busy woman, made sure to sit down and ask if I had any questions or concerns to address at the end of my visits. She never made me feel rushed or like I wasn’t worth her time. I also can’t thank her enough for the amazing delivery experience I had with my first child. She made me feel so at ease even with some complications that arose, and made sure to check on me both mornings in the hospital while postpartum. Such a kind and caring doctor and her team of nurses is just as amazing!!! Thank you all!”
