The following holiday categories were well stocked and beautifully displayed: gourmet food (coffee, candy, snacks, spices, and more), home decor (bowls, platters, throws, table runners, candles, and more), pet items (treats, clothes, beds, snacks, toys, bowls) shoes and purses. “The best shoe-shopping experience I’ve been hoping for for a long time. Marcus in the running shoe department was extremely genuine, and patient and wanted to make sure that I left the store with the shoes I wanted. I wish I have taken photos of how many pairs I’ve tried on but if I did, I’d made myself feel bad. I’m extremely picky when it comes to sports comfort, and this all started when I saw a medical professional wearing a pair of Saucony shoes which seemed very comfy. So I started my search experience online, but I didn’t want to purchase a pair of $200 shoes that couldn’t fit. I thought I could always try it in the store and then purchase it online, essentially it’s the same price. I didn’t realize that the store doesn’t have any extra sizes on the floor and you’ll have to socialize with the store associate to try something on. So I looked in the selection and tried to find the pair that looked like what I saw on the street. Marcus approached me while he was in his foot cast and asked if I wanted to try them on. In total, I’ve tried nine pairs and three styles because I needed 5, 5.5, and 6 due to my lack of experience with this brand. I’m pretty sure I’ve asked Marcus the same questions twice or three times because I was very confused with the colors, and styles and I felt bad that he ran back and forth in his foot cast. However, he was very patient and has given me his undivided attention. In the end, I thought, well Saucony doesn’t have any pretty designs because the logo is hideous. The customer service I received is above and beyond, and it’s better than some self-claimed luxury stand-alone stores, so I made the purchase and avoided online ordering. I looked around for a while and saw that Marcus was giving the same undivided attention to the customer who came after me. So I just want to ensure this experience is remembered and recognized. Great customer experience does make a difference in sales.”

“I recently had a double mastectomy and so going out to shop isn't the easiest thing for me to do. I was looking for some sneakers and found the perfect pair at a terrific price! They were EXACTLY what I was looking for and I had already gone to 2 other places. Of course I ended up browsing around and found a super cute dress for myself, and a few things for my pup. When I went to check out, the woman behind the register was PHENOMENAL!!!! I think she might have been the manager, but I don't know for sure. All I can say is that she was extraordinarily kind and empathetic. She saw how visibly upset I was and her comfort gave me the smile I needed that day ❤️”

I sent my logo and a few images of t-shirts that had the same look and feel that I wanted to James and Trish for analysis... they worked some magic on the logo and then recommended a few different options for shirts that were within my price-range. We made a decision together and they got to work. Less than a week later, I had the most amazing shirts. They were so cool, we actually ran out and had to order more! “Went Sunday night 05/02/2021, @ 8:20. Moving quickly to get a few things. We knew they were closing the doors at 9. Grabbed a couple things from health and beauty aids, needed 2 or 3 from cosmetics, @ 8:41 the girl was closing it off said she couldn't help us, and walked away. While we were waking away we had a nice team lead who was putting up returns heard me grumbling, allowed me 2 grab my 2 things. She was kind, and that's why I'm giving them a nice review! Really wanted to blast them for making me walk down to grocery to check out at 8:44, & then walk back to the general door to leave, but the nice team lead made the day better.
