“Brought in a watch today to have it fitted to my wrist. Robert very kindly pointed out that the manufacturer had made it easily adjustable and the links could easily “snap” off, no adjustment needed. I felt silly but Robert was courteous and professional, and removed them from the watch and matching bracelet that came with it, free of charge. He even bagged the links up for me upon leaving. Robert could have easily sold me a watch adjustment and I would be none the wiser, but he chose to be honest and helpful instead. I will certainly be pointing people in his direction in the future, this is an important quality in the industry and Robert deserves to be acknowledged for this patience and trustworthiness.”
