Loved the whole Tex-Mex vibe in the decor. Their burritos are delicious 😋🤤 and we tried all their salsas (their verde is my personal favorite). They also were supposed to give me mashed potatoes and Cole slaw for both of my dinners but they gave me double mashed potatoes on one. That was disappointing. The best dish was the beef fajitas with the Mexican potatoes and topped with the white queso. That was a 5 star in my book. The other dishes were still good as well but closer to 4 star in my opinion. We will go back again.”

“Oh my gosh!!! Forget breakfast at those fast food places! You absolutely MUST try their breakfast menu. I VERY HIGHLY recommend their spinach and mushroom omelet bagel. Its fresh, bright veggies and perfectly portioned cheese with your choice of meat (I had perfectly crisp bacon) on a lightly buttered and toasted bagel was divine! Their ad didn't do it justice. You just have to try it for yourself. Truly a 'Good Morning' breakfast!”

“This is one of the most delicious places to eat, hands down. The staff is so incredibly friendly, too. The pie lady brought out a plate of desserts and while we hadn’t intended to get dessert, we couldn’t help it after seeing the desserts in person. She also notified us of their fish specials on Friday and Saturdays. She even brought out a couple small pieces just so we could try it. I’m not much of a fish person, but that fish was incredible. My daughter really doesn’t like fish, but after one bite she was tearing into the rest. The chicken fried chicken was perfect - whether you’re enjoying it with mashed potatoes and corn or on a bun with bacon and cheese. Most places the fries are decent but you really just dip the fries anyhow. These fries are good on their own with nothing else. The ranch is out of this world and the desserts are simply heavenly. You NEED to eat at Sonny’s. Make it a goal.”

“AMAZING! The staff was friendly, the wait time was short, the place was clean, and the food was perfect. I ordered the $8.99 tilapia and it was a great portion and very healthy, quick, tasty lunch. (The fried pickles were great too - we were more than halfway through when I remembered to take a picture), and the pops are $1.89 but they are HUGE. Overall fantastic and we WILL be back!”

Adding the sweet or even better, the hot bbq sauce tops off an already delectable dish. And then, on top of already friendly genuinely good customer service, before our food even came out they dropped off some apple fritters fresh from the fryer. Those on some vanilla ice cream would be... *chef's kiss*”

“We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted with the kindest, coolest, friendliest owners. We had the bacon egg burrito and the biscuits and sausage gravy. It was perfect. The B&Gs were really delicious and very filling. Super reasonable price. The environment is top notch with great Oklahoma artist’s work on display and some of the best tables and woodwork I’ve seen in a small place. Just wonderful. Highly recommended. Oh and we left with cinnamon rolls and brownies for the road.”

“Unbelievable burger! I love a great burger and if you've seen my other reviews, you know there are several great burger places out there. BUT.... this FAT BOTTOM burger from Creek Bottom Burgers & BBQ tops them all. When I walked in, the great smell of BBQ hit me immediately. Then, when the cook put the burger in front of me, I was in awe. It tasted even better than it looked. Wow! Thus thing has it all. If you're around the Newcastle area during lunch or dinner, check this place out!”

“It was about 6:30 pm when we arrived. They close at 8pm. The salad bar was a option as a side. My boyfriend and I both wanted a salad. “Was skeptical after seeing some pics but was pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical about the chili on the enchiladas being like hormel can but it didn’t taste anything like and was good. The chips were crisp and the salsa fresh with great flavor and hint of kick. Wife had the beef fajitas. Meat was tender and flickers well, onions cooked to our liking, rice tender. I had enchilada and crispy taco. Enchilada was good, chili sauce was better than expected and taco was was full of good ground beef. I also had the whole beans which came out steaming hot but was good. Overall a pleasant experience”
