“Brent was able to give me a quote over the phone by texting photos of two dents I had from a tree branch hitting the bottom of my rear doors of my 4x4. One small and one that looked near impossible to straighten. He scheduled me in within 2 days. He kept the truck all day while I was at work. End results are amazing. No signs of paint damage even. “Four stars because they do not call when parts come in. 4 times I've ordered parts - 4 times the clerk stated "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN IT ARRIVES" - 4 times I've had to do my own follow up to see if part came in. Prices are fair. Counter service is good except for special order follow through. They would get 5 stars if the clerk stated "call us in a couple of days to see if part arrived."”
