“I have nothing but awesome things to say about the ladies there. Where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe you were having a bad day or asking the wrong questions. I was misinformed about a motorcycle license, not from these ladies, someone else. I thought I knew was I was talking about, they were very patient with me helping me to understand where the issue was. They were not rude, quite the contrary, very patient. I can be rather impatient sometimes, so I feel bad about getting irritated with them. It wasn't them, it was me. Whenever I walk in, they always smile and make me feel like "family."”

“Four stars because they do not call when parts come in. 4 times I've ordered parts - 4 times the clerk stated "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN IT ARRIVES" - 4 times I've had to do my own follow up to see if part came in. Prices are fair. Counter service is good except for special order follow through. They would get 5 stars if the clerk stated "call us in a couple of days to see if part arrived."”
