“Ok, I have to say hands down the best Customer Service. I call them in a panic because my condenser fan motor went out on my AC unit and it was heating up outside. Jimmy at the counter took my call and asked me a few simple questions. He new exactly what I needed and put the motor and start up capacitor on a ticket. It was ready when I got there.
