This was confirmed, but because of the thoroughness of the exam, it was noticed that he was also having loose stools. We'd been battling this for a while, and eventually, Louis was also diagnosed with IBD. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Holland and her staff. They are kind, empathetic, patient, and professional. Dr. Holland is personable, thorough, and makes a point to discuss her findings and plan in detail at EVERY visit whether that discussion is in person, via email, or by phone. You can tell this clinic truly loves what they do, and they are extremely good at what they do. They follow through with promises, and are responsive with questions and concerns. They’re very thorough and so friendly to pets, she got on the floor and was petting our dog to make him feel comfortable and less nervous since it was our first time there. They are always packed which means the service is good or people wouldn't come back. Troy is my go to Veterinarian there however there are two additional which is Troy’s dad Mr. Acree or Mr. Thomas. Both are good I just prefer Troy.”
