“UPDATE: We received the most gracious phone call from the owner of the restaurant. She was profuse in her apology for the issue we had on our visit. It was clear from our conversation the distress and upset felt over our negative experience. She was exceptionally gracious, her passion for their business compelling. We have agreed to try their dining experience again. This appears to have been truly a fluke breakdown in service. Susan W. restores my faith in the pride of ownership, which is so lacking at many establishments. We are revising our initial rating from 1-star to 4-star based on the response to our issue. Once we revisit I am optimistic we will join the 5-star reviews. ORIGINAL: The wife and I were excited to finally get to go here for a special occasion. Arrived on time, seated at our table. In twenty minutes no wait staff stopped by table. No drink order taken, not even a brief hello and promise to be back soon. Nothing. Another table came in 15 minutes after us, in less than 2 minutes a waiter was taking their drink and appetizer order. The place was not overly busy when we arrived. The waiters walked past us at least a dozen times. Not a word, no eye contact, not even a glance our way. Our special night, not so special. We got and walked out at the 20 minutes mark of not even being acknowledged.”

“The food was amazing!! I had the Ravioli Delicate and my husband got the Rigatoni La Vodka... His was so delicious that I stole his plate! 😆 Not that the Ravioli wasn't also amazing, but there was something truly special about the Rigatoni! ❤️ The rolls and cheese bread were also tasty, my mother enjoyed her Spaghetti The Works, and my Grandma said the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious! I was craving Italian food, and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Plus the portion sizes were HUGE! If you go home hungry, it's your own fault!! 😂 Would highly recommend, and I definitely plan to return! 😊”

But lately they have really stepped up with some great recent additions. Harbor Freight Tools is an awesome addition for one and I hope they keep the trend going of adding more stores into this location.”

Seeing we were both starving we had also ordered some beef fajitas. The fajitas were so juicy, so flavorful. The enchiladas were great as well. To top the amazing meal off we shared a suppapia, let me tell you; there is love & passion put into there food, it was warm and delicious as well. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and seated, the waitress was the nicest waitress we have ever had, she even went to the extent to apologize for interrupting our meal with drink refills and just checking in on us. She was amazing and we could not be more happy with our dinner. We will definitely be back. Thank you!”
