“Looking back I stayed here for two years and they were pretty great all things considered. The maintenance folks were pretty fast in responding to things that went wrong. One time our ac went out in the summer and they brought in a room unit for the night which was reasonable and the ac was replaced the next day. You can’t pick your neighbors but most of them were chill and easy going.”

Sarah was extremely communicative, helpful and captured exactly what we were looking for in a wedding cake! When I first talked with her about what I was envisioning she immediately was able to show me options and helped me narrow down the design for our wedding cake. The hardest part of the whole process was definitely picking the flavor, the rest was a piece of cake ;) On the day of our wedding she was not only on time but so kind and helpful! And the cake itself was beautiful,soooooo delicious and moist. You can’t go wrong with hiring Frosted bakery for your event!!”

“This place has been here for decades. I used to hit this place back in middle and high school in the late 80s/early 90s. It's within walking distance and the prices were really good for back in the day. I moved away and it wasn't so convenient to grab anymore. Started to find myself in the area again and started going back. It hasn't changed much. I'd still choose this over the fast food offerings. This is a hole in the wall. The ladies working are (and always have been) great. The tables and chairs are wobbly in the SMALL dining room. On nice days, just head out to the patio. The ladies will bring your food out to you but they have to dodge the parking lot traffic to do so. So be patient. Safety First =)”

“Wait time in the waiting room wasn't bad, but when my child and I got back to the room it was a different story. The test my child had done I was told would be 30 minutes to get results. We waited in the room for a total of 2 hours only to be seen by the provider for 5 minutes. The staff is nice here but I would suggest you don't make plans the day you need to come here.”

“They have wonderful teachings on Wednesday and Sunday . They have vacation Bible school June fifth sixth seventh eighth and last but certainly not least they do a cake walk( they make like qa train track out of chalk and put numbers on it, they play music and when the music is playing you walk forward and then they stop the music and call a number and give (name) a cup cake and they keep going till every one gets one {°~°} ). And very nice people”

“Maintenance and management have been great! We had frozen pipes during the winter despite the precautions we took. I let them know of the issue at 10am and but 11:30 I was on the phone with management talking about repairs. Plumbing was sent out the same day I notified them of the frozen pipes AND this was all the day before Christmas Eve! Every issue is handled quickly and professionally.”
