“My technician was Omar, who was very professional, answered all my questions completely and with understandable detail. This young man went above and beyond. I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician. This is the value of service that we enjoyed 20-30 years ago! Yes, I'm old. But I'm also very happy to have used Custom Services. Highly recommended!”
