“Mary, at the front desk, is awful. She usually has a snarky remark or makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. I'm a first time Mom and don't know everything, so I might ask a dumb question that doesn't seem dumb to me. She should practice more humility and put herself in other people's shoes in my opinion. She's just a receptionist, so I don't know why she's so rude. The ladies in the back are always very kind and sometimes make up for Mary's rudeness. I will change my review if Mary magically becomes nicer, or if they get a nicer person in her place. *Update* last time I was in, Mary was overly friendly which was great. As I said I will change my review. If she's ever rude again, I will change it back and leave it.”
