Mary, at the front desk, is awful. She usually has a snarky remark or makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. I'm a first time Mom and don't know everything, so I might ask a dumb question that doesn't seem dumb to me. She should practice more humility and put herself in other people's shoes in my opinion. She's just a receptionist, so I don't know why she's so rude. The ladies in the back are always very kind and sometimes make up for Mary's rudeness. I will change my review if Mary magically becomes nicer, or if they get a nicer person in her place.

*Update* last time I was in, Mary was overly friendly which was great. As I said I will change my review. If she's ever rude again, I will change it back and leave it.

The ladies here are always very professional. They politely offer what vaccines are recommended and provide brief information.
They have been very nice and understanding with my family as we follow a slow vaccination schedule.
