“I don't know a ton about vehicles (but I know some), especially trasmissions. When my jeep started leaking and burning transmission fluid like a sieve, I went here because it was close and my husband had a decent experience before. The first time in, they told me it was possible that once they fixed what they found, it could show other leaks elsewhere, which I get. My Cherokee is a '97 with 230,000 miles. She's been ridden hard. They got her fixed after finding 3 leaks and away I went. I had a trip to OKC that weekend and we ended up leaking and burning fluid again (not nearly as bad as before), but the tank kept showing full (more than full). I took it back and they told me they would make it right. They called to tell me that when attempting to test her, the master mechanic got scared going 65 because of all the shaking she was doing. Well, yeah, she shakes, I knew, but we assumed it's because she's old and beat up with some nice knobby tires. We were wrong. The U - joints were going out and if we didn't fix it, we could've ended up with a broken rear differential and transmission to go with it. It was dangerous to drive they told me. I told them to fix it. Then they showed me one of the joints (pictured). HOLY CRAP. Those are supposed to be nice, round, and smooth, they told me. Wow. That's like 1/4 inch left before breaking. Anyway, Joel, the office manager, and the mechanic that spoke with me as well as Rob, the owner, were all VERY educating. I mean, what shop would show you the pieces of your vehicle so you know why they told you it needed fixing? They were willing to have my husband come in and look at in on the lift before doing any work, too. I totally recommend this shop. I will be back for anything I think they could handle (they don't do engine work, but do a lot of other stuff) and recommend them especially to any woman that's afraid to get ripped off because she doesn't know any better. These guys are great.”

“I have been taking Aikido under the instruction of Mike Pollak for 2 years. Mike holds the rank of “Sandan”. He has been teaching Aikido since 1981 and I consider him a good instructor. Teaching is focused towards beginners and basic techniques which take years to perfect. The art of Aikido was created so that practitioners could use to defend themselves while also protecting their attacker from injury. Size and strength are irrelevant. Aikido techniques consist of entering and turning movements that redirect the momentum of an opponent's attack, and a throw or joint lock that terminates the technique. It is one of the hardest martial arts to learn. Aikido techniques cannot be understood through explanations; they must be experienced and explored. Your progress is 99% related to your sincere repetition of the techniques. ”

“Dog-sitting near this park. First time in OK & seeing the pecan trees was a surprise for me. Well-maintained, plenty of trash & recycling bins throughout the park. Tennis courts, a great playground, plenty of benches situated along the paved path that aren’t too close to each other. Covered picnic area. Highly recommend & am thrilled it is so close to my friends’ house.”

“I studied ballet and modern at The Dance and Performing Arts Academy for 3 years of high school after trying 5 or 6 other studios in Tulsa. The teachers are not easy and the classes are very challenging, but coming here was one of the best decisions I made in my dance career. All of their instructors are experts in what they teach and have a tremendous wealth of experience that they bring to the classroom daily. Despite their high standard, I found them kind and interested in what was going on in my life. The main studio is well-furnished with a marley floor and adjustable bars. I would recommend this studio to anyone serious about the art of dance.”

“Listen ya girl was skeptical of going here, not due to anything other then location. This side of town is never the best, you hear about it all over the news. However these people were so nice, the guy got me a tire and checked the rest to make sure I didn’t need another one and that it would all be good reasonably priced. Super nice, super quick, and so far so good tire wise. Regardless of this side of town these people made it well worth it.”

“Love love love this place! The facility is just so nice and clean. It also has an enclosed courtyard with a coy pond and gazebo where they cook out when the weather is nice. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful with whatever you need. Their prices are definitely the most affordable in the Tulsa area for assisted living. The apartments are very spacious and offer studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms, and some facing the courtyard with direct access right from their living rooms. They have many outings and activities to choose from on a daily basis plus provide transportation to and from doctor appointments. The food is absolutely delicious and the residents have many different options to choose from every day from their menu and also provide specials on a weekly basis. If pets are in the picture its no problem either. Dogs, cats, fish, or even birds can move on in too!”

“What a fun experience! From the heated pool to the amazing breakfast, everything was clean and every detail was thought through right down to the complimentary bath robes and folded toilet paper. This hidden gem was just what we needed to get away for a weekend. Very romantic and Sandra makes it feel like a home away from home.”

“I needed some stuff hauled off before Mother's Day weekend and I didn't call until Wednesday, and even though it rained the next two days Ron made sure to take care of it before Sunday. He answered the phone or text every time I contacted him and did exactly what he said he would do and more! I would highly recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Ron!”
