“Absolutley incredible customer service!! I was expecting the typical dingy, worn out auto service garage. No, this place is CLEAN and bright, the waiting area has a kids play area that I would let my grandkids play in. The desk staff are customer focused and most importantly honest. I noticed the counter guys were never staring at their phones when not engaged with customers. Great job from management on customer focused training! My service was fast and reasonably priced and they didn't chase me away when I took a look under my truck when it was up on the lift. Thanks Tate Boys your doing it right!”

“After my OB/GYN left her practice I was tasked with finding a new doctor, which is not easy in this area. I had my first appointment with Dr Black today and I was impressed, which is hard to do. She was thorough and listened to my needs and responded accordingly. I wasn't excited about having to find a new doctor but so far I am certainly pleased with the service I received from Dr Black!”

“Dr. Nilson has been my OBGYN for almost 2 years now. I had a laparoscopic procedure in May 2021 that I was nervous about. He and his staff were amazing through that process and I healed well. Fast forward to December 2021 my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our first. Again Dr Nilson and the whole staff (PA Megan, nurses, front desk girls and lab technicians) were amazing over the next 9-10 months. We delivered our healthy baby boy last week and I am even more thankful for Dr Nilson after the delivery experience. I felt like no matter what baby and I were in good hands. He and the L&D nurses encouragement over the last couple pushes is something I’ll always remember. Thank you TWHC, we will be repeat customers for sure! Maybe not for a little while though :)”

“My husband and I just did their birthing class they offer. It was amazing, and not what we expected but in a good way! It was very informative and gave good information to not only help the mamas, but to help the dads too! Some of the topics covered are helpful things in the 3rd trimester, getting ready for birth, the process of labor, going home from the hospital, lactation consultant, pelvic floor specialist, and postpartum depression not only for the mom, but for dad too! I highly highly recommend take their birthing class! It is well worth the money! This interaction in the class alone (plus they allowed me to stay about 5 minutes afterwards to ask specific individual questions) which I got the feeling they would of stayed even longer if I wanted/needed to ask additional questions, solidified our decision of choosing them for our pediatrician. As first time parents, we are nervous, but after this class, I walked out with a lot more knowledge and confidence!”
