She listened to me about what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about their stock. Better still, she wasn't judgemental. I'm plus sized and have had some very negative "you don't belong here" experiences when it comes to shopping for workout shoes and clothes. I didn't get even a hint of that at RWT. The sales associate that helped me was very confident about his product. the shop has a device they can scan your feet with to acquire the appropriate shoe size. The comfort level of this boot it's definitely worth the price. I was also told that every 30 days I can bring my boots in for complimentary cleaning and polishing. I am a fitter welder and I expect a lot out of my boots. I will keep this thread updated with how my boots turn out and the service provided for them.”
