“BEST hospital I have ever been in. I have lived in Tulsa to my whole life and this place is the best I’ve ever been to. I walked in with emergency with my husband by my side. The check in process was a less than four minutes. I was brought back in and less than five minutes didn’t even get to finish the paperwork before they brought me back. I saw the doctor within five minutes of me getting in the room. I was diagnosed in the same five minutes. I received the care I needed quickly and I was in and out in about an hour. They managed my pain quickly, listened to my concerns and even recommended what to do after I left there. The hospital itself was very clean. Didn’t smell like a hospital. It actually felt homey with a Christmas tree and decorations. I will never go to any other place. The staff was kind, compassionate, and empathetic to my needs. The entire staff from the receptionist, the nurse, and the Doctor were very supportive and professional. Seriously the best experience I have ever received in my 41 years in Tulsa. I highly recommend this hospital.”

“The people are amazing, Dr. McKee has single handedly given me more therapy and advice than I even knew existed. The Anger management class wasn't very good, so that is why I gave it 4 stars, but other than that they do offer group therapy, therapists, and psychiatric medication and help if you need it. Basically they cover the spectrum of behavioral health in Veterans and if you aren't going here you probably should be. Ted, Shelly, and Dustin are great receptionists and the service is great as well as the scheduling. They also have Magazines to read while you wait, they even had my Game Informer so I was happy...”

“My husband and I just did their birthing class they offer. It was amazing, and not what we expected but in a good way! It was very informative and gave good information to not only help the mamas, but to help the dads too! Some of the topics covered are helpful things in the 3rd trimester, getting ready for birth, the process of labor, going home from the hospital, lactation consultant, pelvic floor specialist, and postpartum depression not only for the mom, but for dad too! I highly highly recommend take their birthing class! It is well worth the money! This interaction in the class alone (plus they allowed me to stay about 5 minutes afterwards to ask specific individual questions) which I got the feeling they would of stayed even longer if I wanted/needed to ask additional questions, solidified our decision of choosing them for our pediatrician. As first time parents, we are nervous, but after this class, I walked out with a lot more knowledge and confidence!”

It took some time getting used to at first to have to ask for help, but I soon learned that the staff are very concerned for patient safety. The therapy team here is excellent and would go out of their way to make sure that I was at my best prior to discharge and that I would to able to return home safely.
