“Good location off airport, in Owasso. Rented a truck in November 2019 for trip in May. Great price, however when I went to pick up the truck. It was FILTHY ! Refused the truck, did not have another available. They then offered me a Nice BMW, for 20.00 more, it was clean. Ran great, a little lower view. Obviously. Satisfied. Will rent from them again. Recommend.”

“We still have one technician we are waiting to come out this week and fix a part on our new pool pump, but I have no worries that they will be prompt and take care of the issue. From our first moment in the store dealing with our salesman, Earl to dealing with the crew who put our pool up, I only got the name of one of the three gentleman his name was Brock, we then had another technician come out to bring a part that had been left out on the same day of install, the next day two other technicians came out to put the pool steps in our pool and exchange the ones we had wrongly received, everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, and prompt. My husband had to go into the store with questions for the pump not working and to take in a water sample to get the pool going, the lady that does the pool school helped him and was so helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience with Galaxy. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family! Everyone that has been to our house has worked hard,never slacking and with a smile to share. We want to commend you on your wonderful employees and the experience we’ve had with Galaxy!”

“Chris from the Magnolia section did an AMAZING job from when he sold me my TV to making sure it got out of the door. We were hit with a very bad storm so I could not put my TV in the bed of the truck but it also had a hard time fitting in the back seat. Chris stayed with me even though he was off work and made sure it fit in the back before he left. Don’t know very many people today that would stick around and make sure everything was done start to finish. Thanks Chris!!”

“Went into the store at Tulsa hills and we were having problems installing our new SIM CARDS that we received in the mail. Sheina and Krista were super friendly and said, no problem, we will take care of you. They both are extremely knowledgeable and explained to us why they were not working. Immediately they had all three of our phones installed with new SIM CARDS. My wife had an older phone and it would not work with the new SIM CARDS, so we bought a new Samsung S21. Krista loaded all info and transferred all her pics, documents, etc...Krista went the extra mile for us and made us feel like were family. I highly recommend going to this store because Sheina and Krista will make you feel like family and are so friendly. Their knowledge is amazing on every phone!!!!
