“Black Gold festival was fun. But hope the damage to the field isn't permanent. The ruts from the trucks was terrible.”

“There's just nothing equal to this sports park anywhere around. When the new playground/splash pad is finished (it's coming along nicely) this will remain a state of the art facility. I love when the city stays proactive and takes care of fixing things before they go to total hell (Elm Creek Park). They're on top of things here and we will have people from far far away coming to this place. I bet nearly all leave impressed.”

“I did a forest bathing session and it was a very cool way to spend an afternoon! Highly recommend. Note that there is a shooting range nearby. It definitely affected the ambiance of the space for me. Important to note if loud noises are a trigger for you as they are for me.”

“My son wanted to have his birthday party there and play basketball with all his friends. The community center was very accommodating we had the court to ourselves the entire time they were open and everyone had a blast.Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Love coming here to ride my bike. The trails are decent, the view is nice, the only irritation is with people not knowing how to share the bike lanes. People walking in the bike lanes or taking up the whole lane, it's very dangerous. Other than that the staff is usually pretty good about keeping this place up to spec. The gathering is a really cool place, they've done an amazing job over the last couple years rebuilding this park. I really enjoy coming and spending the day riding. They have a park for kids as well.”

“Amazing small little nature park tucked away behind a school and in the middle of a neighborhood. So much is packed into such a small space that even after wandering around for 2 hours, I was still finding new areas to explore. Definitely will be back as it was a welcome break from the nonsense of daily life!”

“We stayed at this RV park for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about the owner, her son and how well the park is maintained. It is a quiet setting and she does not tolerate drama. It's about a 25 minute drive to Tulsa where we both worked full time. Lake Keystone is only a couple of miles away. Very peaceful setting and well kept.”

“I love this trail. It’s kind of noisy with the Creek Turnpike traffic so close but with a set of headphones and a podcast... it’s pretty amazing. You can get in a 4 mile run out and back without crossing any traffic by parking at Elm street lot where the city of Broken Arrow have a well lit lot with a nice restroom and bike tool rack... just head east on the trail until you reach County Line Rd then turn and come back. The trail goes underneath the Lynn Lane overpass.”

“I really like veterans park. The playgrounds are large and various sizes for various ages, fishing pond, skate park and workout trail! Everything is spaced out, which is also nice. A few drawbacks: while the skate park is awesome and huge, it gets really crowded. Sometimes it's hard to do much. Also, this park would be absolutely amazing with a splash pad. In the summer sometimes it's just too hot to go without a way to cool off (but it would probably always be packed then). Lastly, the last time I used the bathrooms, they didn't have doors on the stalls. Hoping that's been fixed because it's a little weird.”

“The park is beautiful, the fishing is decent and depending on who you bring with you the company is excellent! Bathrooms are kept in excellent condition. Be careful of walking around in the brush as there are stickers everywhere. Dogs are allowed in the camps so long as you keep them leashed.”

“I love this park. It’s great for walking, running, playing in their open space or on the 3 available playgrounds. Yes, there’s the occasional homeless person, but they’re not bothering anyone. The fall foliage is gorgeous!”

“I love Turkey Mountain and all of the new trail work going on. You all are doing an Awesome job bringing Mountain biking closer to home. I hope you incorporate some pumptrack surface type trails along the riverside trails. It would be a single track design that would be the chisel type like some of the Arkansas trails have. Exa. BENTONVILLE. GREAT JOB TULSA!!!”

“Nice little boat ramp and access point for the river below the spillway. The roads are very rough but the ramp it's self is very good. There are long stretches of rock and sand beaches and good fishing here. The bank drops off quickly and you can usually catch crappie, sandbass, stripers, hybrids and catfish from here. Be sure to wear shoes as there is some broken glass around.”
