The first time Roger came in to the shop on his day off to help me get my car (which had been severely damaged) in the shop right away and was able to fix it for me and have it look brand new in just a few days. The next time several months later, my car had a few mechanical issues that I thought would have taken at least a few days to repair. Bob was able to diagnose, order new parts and have the car back to me by the end of the day. Very impressed with the Belle River Auto team!”

However, even after learning that I had scheduled another plumber, the Stevenson rep asked questions and helped me over the phone to see if he could talk me through the issue. A few hours later, he even called back to follow up. I thought that was some above and beyond customer service even knowing that I had a different plumber scheduled to come out. I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician.
