“After the worst day of my LIFE. I decided to stop by Walgreens to buy some things for my house. I was in tears as I parked my car, not ready to go in and be around people. I wiped my face, and prepared myself to go inside. As I walked inside I’m greeted by a young woman at the front with brown/ blue hair. She was very friendly. She helped me find all my items and took a few minutes to listen as I talked about my day. She was VERY helpful and incredibly caring. 12/10 would come back to this store! Very pleased!”

“LINDA IS A LIFESAVER. I had an issue with staff only picking part of my online order and then telling me they were sold out. When I checked the shelves each time my item was there. I brought this up multiple times in the past only to be treated quite rudely. When I mentioned my issue to a manager today everything changed. Despite my being upset Linda was understanding and helpful. She helped to resolve the issue and made me feel like I had been heard as a customer. I cannot aspouse enough how helpful she was. It turned the experience completely on it's head. Thank you to Linda and James for being the two nicest and most helpful target team members I have met to date.”

I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.”

“This company is professional and friendly! They cleaned 3 bedroom floors and included the closets for free! They moved the furniture that I needed cleaned under. I got my microfiber dining room chairs cleaned as well. Their price was affordable and competitive with other carpet cleaning companies. They even gave me a free quote on tile grout cleaning and grout sealing. I am going to consider that option! I’d highly recommend this company to others. Treat yo’ self!”
